Find your shampoo and conditioner…easily

Do you ever wonder why most shampoo and conditioner manufacturers use small type on the containers? Do they think we are 21 again or that all of us have 20/20 vision?

According to Lynn Jurgen, she and her husband were on vacation when they both had an Ha-Ha moment: Someone should make a sleeve to slip over a shampoo bottle with a big S on it so we can stop washing our hair with conditioner.

That lead to this new company called Shower Spex which produces slip-on sleeves with a large “S” or “C” on it. It is made of spandex material and dries quickly. The large letters assure you that you will never wash your hair with conditioner again. A little pricey at $9.99 but if you get annoyed at trying to find which bottle is which, then it is well worth the price. Found at many hair salons and at Reviewed by Terrie.

Vibrant and Unique. Chic jewelry that makes a statement.

Treat yourself to a shopping spree in New York City, and, while you are there, be sure to stop in at a new store recently opened by Brazilian designer Carlos Sobral. His signature eye-catching resin necklaces, bracelets and earrings are worth the visit. Each piece is a work of art, and he offers both home accessories and jewelry too.

Sobral’s jewelry calls to mind the “Art Deco” and “Pop Art” artistic movements, which are two of his appropriately named collections. Each Sobral piece is crafted by hand and made of a unique, light weight resin that yields an exquisite finish. Sobral’s amazing new “Flash Gordon” collection is made from recycled computer circuit boards. Sobral’s entire production process is eco-friendly, all the way through to his 100% oxy-biodegradable packaging.
