Posted: Monday, January 01, 2007
A licensed chiropractor who offers chiropractic complemented by a wide range of alternative medical techniques, Dr. Richard Huntoon says, “When it comes to health, knowledge is power. Staying healthy requires more than just going to the doctor. The key is to take responsibility for your own health, but to do that, people first need to understand the basics of how their bodies function and how to look at the body as a whole.”

For those who want to learn more about alternative medical techniques and how they can help, answers can be found at Dr. Richard Huntoon’s free weekly health classes, held on Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm at his Alternative Medicine Center in Newburgh. Additional knowledge can be gained from Dr. Huntoon’s radio discussions on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and Tuesday through Friday evenings on 92.1 Lite FM and 99.3 Lite FM.

Dedicated to empowering his patients and the public through education, Dr. Huntoon provides knowledge on every aspect of health, including its physical, nutritional, mental, emotional, and neuro-emotional components. Taking his own advice, he devotes a significant amount of time each year to seminars and courses that update and expand his knowledge.
